Rear Seats
The vehicle's rear seats have head restraints in the outboard seating positions, but they are not adjustable.
Rear outboard head restraints are not designed to be removed.

Reclining Seatbacks
To adjust the seatback:
Tilt the top of the control rearward to recline.
Tilt the top of the control forward to raise.
